Trilogy Technologies has announced that it has been ranked for the third time in the Deloitte Fast 50 list of the fastest growing technology companies in Ireland.
Edel Creely, Trilogy’s Managing Director, credits this achievement with its continued focus on delivering a competitive edge to its customers through its innovative services. “We have seen further significant growth in our Managed Services business as Irish organisations see the advantage in entrusting their ICT services to our team. Ranking in the Deloitte Fast 50 along with our recent winning of Managed Service Company of the Year 2012 and Ranking in the MSP Mentor Top 100 are all great endorsements of our leadership in the Managed Service Provider market” says Edel.
The Fast 50 programme, now in its 14th year, ranks the fastest-growing technology companies in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The Awards recognise exceptional business growth, technological innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. The programme ranks the 50 fastest-growing technology companies and covers both public and private companies in all areas of technology, from internet specialists to life sciences, computers to semiconductors, software to telecommunications.
Announcing the winners of the Technology Fast 50 programme, Richard Howard, Partner with Deloitte, Dublin said: “The confidence that the Fast 50 companies have in terms of expanding abroad is particularly apparent this year. Over the course of the programme in Ireland we have observed many Fast 50 participants being acquired by larger multinationals. However we are now seeing an emerging trend of Irish companies looking to acquire abroad, either to enhance their intellectual property or grow their sales channel. This trend demonstrates the maturing of the technology sector in Ireland and shows the possibility of creating truly global companies here.”
The awards took place in the Titanic building in Belfast on Friday 8 November. Paul Lee, Head of Global Research for Technology, Media and Telecommunications at Deloitte was keynote speaker at the event. Media sponsors included the Sunday Business Post and Ulster Business and corporate sponsors of the event were Invest NI.
