SIEM – Managed Security

Trilogy's managed security service combines IBM QRadar's SIEM with our Security Operations Centre to defend your organisation from cyber attacks

IT departments throughout the UK and Ireland are challenged by the limited availability of skilled security personnel and restricted budgets.

And yet, organisations must still comply with data protection regulations, have full visibility of security posture, rapidly identify threats and respond to thwart these threats.

Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)

Trilogy’s Managed Security Service combines our Security Operations Centre (SOC) with IBM QRadar’s market-leading Security Information and Event Management software (SIEM).

We offer you a fully managed security service, meaning you don’t have to worry about finding a suitably qualified and experienced team to do it yourself.

Watch the Cork IT case study below. Jonathan explains why CIT chose us and how our SIEM/SOC service helps defend their organisation against cyber attacks.

Trilogy’s Managed Security Service (SIEM)

  • Finds vulnerabilities before they are misused
  • Operates in real time, keeping data secure detecting and responding to threats
  • Helps you increase resilience as it continuously learns about the shifting threat landscape
  • Detects risky user behavioural activities that may indicate fraud or insider threats
  • Learns from user behaviour in order to prioritise cyber protection deployment
  • Identifies and tackles negligent and criminal activities

We provide our Managed Security service combining SOC and SIEM on-premises, or via private or hybrid cloud solutions. It is powered by IBM QRadar’s market-leading security intelligence technology.

What does Trilogy’s SOC/SIEM do?

Our managed service is the central point for monitoring, examining and reacting to threats. Because the service uses IBM X-Force Threat Intelligence feeds which are continuously updated as new threats are created, it prevents threats from impacting your business. SIEM prepares for cyber incidents and responds to them when necessary. It also collects and parses logs from over 450 device types.

As a bonus, our SOC/SIEM managed service also provides your required cyber risk and compliance reports.

Test your security levels with a Vulnerability Check Managed Service

A Vulnerability Check is an essential part of an organisation’s effort to control information security risks. Regular scanning ensures new vulnerabilities are detected in a timely manner, enabling you to respond to prevent threats.

Carrying out regular checks helps you to

  1. Confirm issues to highlight the most susceptible risks to be addressed
  2. Strengthen security by discovering high risk vulnerabilities and identifying rogue computers
  3. Automate regulatory compliance with collection, correlation and reports

Regularly scheduled checks (weekly, monthly or quarterly) provide an up-to-date view of vulnerabilities and risks together with how to overcome them. It will also help free up your IT team so that the team doesn’t need to receive extra training or have to offload other important initiatives. Each scan produces a report which identifies the risks in priority order together with actions that should be taken to avert these risks.

A vulnerability check is the easiest and most cost effective way to help you identify, classify and prioritise weakness and help secure your organisation. Download the Vulnerability Managed Service datasheet:
