Trilogy has been shortlisted in the Best Public Sector MSP Project category in the Managed Services and Hosting Awards 2019.
In its second year, the Managed Services and Hosting awards are open to end-user implementations of MSP technology and services, completed after January 2018 and no later than April 2019. Trilogy has been shortlisted for its work with Central & Cecil Housing Trust.
Central & Cecil Housing Trust was founded in 1927 to provide refuge to homeless young women. The Trust has expanded to also offer support to families and to offer inspirational, person-centred care and support to older people. The Trust manages 30 buildings across London, Middlesex, Surrey and Berkshire.
Central & Cecil Housing Trust (C&C) issued a tender to modernise its IT infrastructure in order to support their growth, move to the cloud and help them expand as it had outgrown its current provider. Trilogy won this tender and has been working with Central and Cecil Housing Trust ever since.
- Complete visibility of the entire IT environment via Trilogy’s edge/point portal
- Scheduled, regular infrastructure and security health checks
- Dedicated support from 0800-1800 including bank holidays
“The awards recognise excellence in this increasingly important and fast-developing sector. There was a particular interest in the innovation solutions categories, as we’d expect,” says John Garratt, Editor of IT Europa and chair of the judges.
Results will be announced at the awards dinner after the Managed Services & Hosting Summit on 18th September 2019 in London.
