of a highly resilient IT infrastructure with a secure, remote access service to
enable members to engage with Credit Union Plus outside standard working hours.

has recently added a secure, remote access solution for the Credit Union Plus’ out-of-hours
hours telephone contact centre. This enables members to apply for loans over
the phone at a time that suits them which is predominantly evenings and
weekends. Contact centre staff have secure access via a remote desktop with two
factor authentication login. All activity is audited and fully monitored and loans
are progressed the next working day by credit union staff.
